About us
NGO „School of Success” operating in non-formal education aims to contribute in bringing up a society of successful, active and responsible people in Lithuania.
Trainings in „School of Success” are based on most advanced methods of non-formal education and democratic education principles which ensure that continuous learning process is interesting, providing lots of practical skills, encouraging to create and improve.
„School of Success” activities could be divided into four types of trainings for senior class students:
I Lectures and practical seminars in Lithuanian high schools
II Publicly open conferences and practical leadership forums
III „Club of Success”
IV Summer camps
Next to these activities „School of Success” participates as a training partner in local and international projects as well as prepares individual learning programs for high school students, teachers and parents.
The main goal of our events is to pass on knowledge, various effective learning methods, ways to improve one's personality, achieve goals or simply discover one’s inner talents. Lectures in „School of Success” are not just valuable leisure time, interesting activities after school or a pupils flock it's a place where students and all other participants learn how to search own talents and, most important, gain motivation for continuous learning and development.
The main principle of our endeavors is to be professional. It is the most important factor when considering our programs, planning events or inviting lecturers.
Activities of „School of Success” have been started in 2007.
Since 2009 "School of Success” has an observer status in Lithuanian Youth Council (LiJOT).
Since 2010 "School of Success” is a member of European Council for High Ability (ECHA).
Since the beginning of 2011 "School of Success” joined the European Democratic Education Community (EUDEC).

The target group for our events
Our main events are meant for senior class (15-18 years old) students of Lithuania.
Separate events invite students, teachers, parents, private and public Lithuanian as well as international organizations, socially active people.
Subsidiaries of School of Success
Various events take place in every region of Lithuania.
School of Success has subsidiaries in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Utena.
