Conferences and forums for practical leadership

„School of Success” conferences are youth forums that are constantly increasing in the number of attendees; where experts, extraordinary personas, professional lecturers and well-known local and international activists share their insights and experience with youngsters.

Inspire. Know. Create!

Just like any other event hosted by the "School of Success", the conferences named "Inspire.Know.Create!" encourage students to expand their mind and improve their personal abilities. It is a unique full day experience where participants receive valuable information, are encouraged to discuss, search for answers to complicated questions and meet new interesting people.

During every conference one can expect:
  • Lectures of well-known speakers on one of topics: entrepreneurship/managing personal finance,  improving personal attributes, leadership/self-motivation
  • Every lecture is designed specifically for the students after considering their preferences so that it would always be compelling and attractive.
  • The organizers are preparing all kind of surprises: informative, entertaining etc. Among them - various modern dance performances, exercises for the audience, quick communication practices, short educational movies, possibility to purchase valuable literature, interviews with interesting people and many more.

Practical leadership forums

A forum consist from the meetings with real professionals and extra-ordinary personas who share their life experiences and insights with students; answer to the most complicated questions. Among our guests we have sport coaches, movie directors, business people, social activists and many other fascinating people. We invite those who have achieved something and are able to afect others with their energy and passion.
In practical leadership forums of „School of Success” students already met movie director Gytis Padegimas, basketball coach Šarūnas Sakalauskas, „Omnitel” director Antanas Zabulis, priest Algirdas Dauknys, „Aurida” managing director Redas Klupšas.

The target audience

To participate in the events we invite all senior class (15 - 18 years old) students.
Conferences and practical leadership forums are traditionally organized on Saturdays with the intention of attracting students from other towns and suburbs.
